Our next goal is to breed for quality halter breed tobianos. We believe that a strong foundation of recognizable AQHA bloodlines is essential; with impeccable conformation.  "Shaz" will be bred to AQHA registered stallions to increase  the QH percentage to 98.82%.   "Shaz" is a 3/4  sister to 'Sonnys Honey Dunit', an IBHA World Champion and the dam of our stallion Faded Tribute.  Shaz's dam Georgie Shasta was purchased directly from Hank Weiscamp.  She is also a 3/4 sister  to Sonnys 00 Buck, IBHA's first Supreme Champion Stallion.

It is our policy to offer our mares for sale once they turn 15 years of age. This is done for several reasons. The first reason is to show an effort to make a profit to the IRS, by selling aged mares to decrease costs. It also allows us to replace the mare sold with her best filly to maintain our broodmare band and to increase sales by offering improved quality with each generation.  "Shaz" is confirmed in foal to Faded Tribute for an early 2009 foal. We are hoping for a tobiano filly, depending on the outcome she will be offered in 2009 bred back to the one of our stallions in a 2 or 3 for one package at a very reasonable price to a good home. Would consider selling now with option to retain '09 foal.

Her first colt, Dual Tribute; followed his dam's footsteps and placed Grand Champion first time shown as a weanling earning his first set of PtHA halter points. Dual Tribute went on to stand the Reserve Champion Fall Classic Late Weanling Colt Futurity and Top Tenned at APHA's inaugural Paint Vegas!

Classy will also be incorporated into our tobiano breeding program.  She will be bred to halter quality Quarter Horse, tovero and tobiano stallions in the coming years. This is a deep heart girthed, heavily muscled and tall mare reaching 16 plus hands as a three year old! Unfortunately she was kicked shortly after we purchased her, which ended all hopes of showing her. We can't wait to show her babies!
